Rick Adlam, founder of Homemate since 1999, started in new home consultancy in 1984 with AV Jennings, the then Iconic project home builder.  Since then he has worked with Galaxy Homes, Merlin Homes, Simonds Homes and Perry Homes and realised that most people that visited the display villages did not buy because of one of seven key reasons. From that experience he has developed HomeMate that answers these key reasons for not buying a home at the earliest practicle time. This will save you time and money in selecting, designing, building and financing your new home.
