Home Buyers Guide: Buying a home can be easier.
Knowing that home buying is not easy, I thought I would make a series of home buyer guides that people thinking of buying a home could mull over and maybe pick up some important pointers.
This first guide is designed to assist new buyers, first home buyers and home investors to make the right home buying decisions by helping them sort out what’s important to them right now. [and is not important, but seem to be when making a decision.]
Home buyers takeaway.
If you get one thing out of the first home buyer guide article [read it here], it hopefully is that you can’t have everything you want in a new home, so you need to focus on what’s important right now and ensure that fits within your budget.
You may not care to here this, but unless we have a huge income and down payment, we have to categorize what’s essential to have in a home right now, what will be essential at some future time, and what we would like to have that is not important to the house purchase right now.
Home Buying for the rest of us.
That’s why i call call home buying for the rest of us. Yes there are people who have the wherewithal to buy whatever they want when they want it.
For the rest of us we have to scrape up the down payment, and have a 30 year mortgage to enjoy the benefits of home-ownership. The alternative is a life time of renting and that simply does not make good economic sense.
We are Multiple Home Buyers
Most first time home buyers are not aware that they will buy many homes during their lifetimes, and that’s because our needs and our wants are constantly changing. We do get better at the process with experience, but that doesn’t mean you don’t need assistance after your first couple of home buys are behind you.
Careful weighing your present needs and ensuring they are all met will mean that you will be happy in your home and we the repayments.
And isn’t that the most thing for home buyers after all?
